IC2.0 LLC ("IC2.0", "the Club", "we", "us") respects the privacy of our members, prospective members, guest speakers, and institutional counterparts. This Privacy Policy describes how information submitted via ic20.llc is collected, processed, and safeguarded.

2. Information We Collect

• Voluntary Correspondence Data: When you submit an inquiry via our Leadership Contact form (POST /api/leads), we collect your name, email address, phone number, organizational affiliation, inquiry category, and message content.
• Edge Security & Telemetry Data: Our site is served via Cloudflare Pages. Standard HTTP request metadata (such as connecting IP address, user-agent string, and security challenge tokens) is processed at the network edge for DDoS mitigation, spam prevention, and rate limiting.

3. How We Use Information

• To route member inquiries, guest speaker proposals, and co-investment memoranda to the IC2.0 LLC Managing Committee.
• To maintain internal governance records and compliance logs.
• To protect the security and availability of our digital infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing & Storage

IC2.0 LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Inquiry submissions are transmitted over TLS to our authorized executive CRM and operations intake systems managed on behalf of IC2.0 LLC leadership.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your correspondence records at any time by contacting leadership@ic20.llc.
