IC2.0 LLC is a private, member-managed investment club. IC2.0 LLC is not registered, and does not seek to be registered, as an investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or as a broker-dealer under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Nothing contained on ic20.llc constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any security, investment fund, or financial instrument in any jurisdiction. Membership in IC2.0 LLC is not offered to the general public and is restricted to qualified individuals admitted by existing member sponsorship and active participation under the IC2.0 LLC Operating Agreement.
